Erica Saxby
Finance Manager
Erica joined London CLT in March 2018 as a temp before taking a permanent role in October 2018 as Finance Manager.
She works with management to develop the annual operating budget and prepares monthly consolidated organisational cash flow forecasts and quarterly financial accounts for board meetings and other meetings as required. Erica has taken the bookkeeping role in-house, completing the VAT returns and carrying out the work needed to ensure the maintenance of an accurate, up-to-date general ledger. At year-end she prepares year-end accounts and liaises with auditors to enable the process runs smoothly.
She has lived in Whitechapel and Mile End for nearly twenty-five years during which time she has seen many changes in the area, not least watching as the St Clements development began and transformed the old hospital into London CLT's first site. She is very keen to see London CLT build more houses which people are proud to live in and that people can actually afford, both now and as a legacy for the future.
