Cheryl Scott
Development Consultant
Cheryl is a Consultant Development Manager at London Community Land Trust with over 25 years’ experience in housing development and regeneration. She works closely with Community Land Trusts across London, supporting them to secure land, funding, and planning consent, and to take community-led housing projects from early ideas through to delivery.
Cheryl has held senior roles in a range of housing associations and development organisations, including Viridian Housing (now Optivo), Wandle Housing Association, London & Quadrant and East Thames. She brings strong expertise in feasibility and viability work, partnership development, and project delivery, and regularly works with local authorities, funders, and Boards.
Cheryl holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction and combines commercial insight with a collaborative, community-focused approach, helping ensure homes delivered through CLTs remain genuinely affordable for the long term.
