February - Southwark Cabinet backs Scylla Road community-led homes

Southwark Council Cabinet has approved plans for the Scylla Road / New James Court project, a community-led scheme delivering 12 genuinely affordable homes and new shared green space in long-term community ownership.

Led by London CLT and shaped by local residents, the project will transform underused garages into homes linked to local incomes.
