Hanna Afolab
Development Consultant
Hanna is a Consultant Development Manager at London Community Land Trust, bringing over 10 years’ experience in regeneration and development across London. In her work with CLTs she supports feasibility, design development, planning and delivery, helping community-led housing projects progress from early concept to completion.
Hanna has held senior roles in development and regeneration, including Development Director at Balfour Beatty Investments on the East Wick and Sweetwater scheme, and has worked with major developers and housing associations. She also founded Mood and Space, a development consultancy, and is passionate about embedding social value and inclusive practice in the built environment.
Hanna holds a BA degree in Architecture, a master’s in project management in the Built Environment, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to her work, helping ensure homes delivered through CLTs are high quality, affordable and genuinely community-led.
